Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Item Inspection
Ensure that the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition; please note that perishable goods are exempt from return unless faulty.
Secure Packaging
Safely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
